Team Ryan was awesome today! I bought a used car 6 months ago. Right after I drove it off the lot, the driver-side sun visor fell down and literally just hung there blocking my field of vision. I finally got around to taking it in to Team Ryan, and they fixed it super fast, no charge. I’ve been a happy customer of J&L Automotive, who just sold the business to Team Ryan. I will definitely be back, and look forward to more great service for our vehicles.

Everyone was super nice and helpful. I never felt pressured by upselling or like anyone was trying to take advantage of me. I came in for A/C service because the driver’s side was blowing warmer air than the passenger side. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Justin was especially enthusiastic and helpful. loved his energy!

As fate would have it, our 20 year old Jeep Cherokee’s engine failed. Given our ages, we did not want to purchase a new vehicle. Team Ryan was very responsive to our needs and did a wonderful job of replacing the engine. Most importantly was their outstanding customer service and communication during the process. While an engine replacement is not cheap, we feel that our choice was best for us in the long term financially. I can’t stress how much we appreciate the care and support we received from Josh, who kept us on top of work status throughout the process. I highly recommend the Team Ryan location in Sugar Hill for any automotive needs.

I had my first visit to Team Ryan Automotive in Suwanee this week and hands down, this is the most professionally-run car repair business I have ever dealt with! Every single step of the way, they explained what my car needed along with video/photographs and in-person explanations when needed. They never did anything without me completely understanding what was needed and why. It made for a very easy, comfortable experience. And of course, on top of that, they were all so, so nice!! I am so glad that I have found them...... they won a loyal customer this week!!
