Ice Age Refrigeration LLC in Tempe, AZ

I am absolutely thrilled with the service provided by the technicians from Ice Age Home. We recently had an issue with our built-in Thermador refrigerator, and the entire experience, from scheduling to the final repair, was flawless. The technicians who arrived were not just skilled; they were genuinely awesome professionals, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the complex issue with our unit and had it repaired efficiently and meticulously. Serge, the genius, clearly explained the problem and the solution. It's rare to encounter this level of expertise combined with such a kind and respectful demeanor. They treated both me and my home with great care. If you are looking for reliable, articulate, and truly top-tier repair service, especially for high-end appliances like a Thermador, I wholeheartedly recommend Ice Age Home. Thank you Serge for exceeding my expectations!

Eddie is amazing. He is the definition of 5 star customer service. I have been working with him for years and he always pulls through. He truly cares about his customers and he does work on all of my properties. I would recommend Ice Age over and over again!

I contacted Eddie in regards to a spring that was broken on our cooler door. He gave me a very fair price, though unfortunately it was out of our budget for the moment. Dispite taking the time out of his day to research what we would, need he was incredibly understanding about this. Even though I did not get to utilize his services he is one of the most polite, up front people I've spoken to in the service industry in a very long time. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and just on that alone I would gladly use their company again for future needs.
